We realize multi-family properties can be a challenge to sell. Sometimes the seller is upside down on the mortgage and needs our team to negotiate a short sale with their lender. Maybe the seller has tenants who are very uncooperative about giving access to the apartments. Maybe the seller owns it free and clear and wants longer than usual due diligence to complete a 1031 exchange. We are no strangers to coming up with solutions that better fit our sellers.
